We've assembled a team of experts in health, fitness, nutrition, financial wellness and stress management.
Jen Boland, Co-founder
Jen started her health care journey on Capitol Hill, where she developed a passion for health care policy working for Congress and, later, a consulting firm specializing in internet grassroots organizing. She holds a B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a master’s in public health from the University of Northern Colorado. Jen is also an ACSM certified personal trainer. Among other fitness-related accomplishments is a wellness program she created for Sierra Trading Post in Cheyenne that received a number of local and national awards.
Lisa Sinclair, Co-founder
Lisa has experience in a broad range of health-based settings including cardiac rehabilitation, laboratory research, fitness testing, physical therapy, corporate fitness, hospital-based fitness centers, and private health clubs. She holds a B.S. in health and exercise science from Colorado State University, an M.S. in exercise physiology from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Colorado State University. Lisa received the WELCOA award for a wellness program she created at Miramont Fitness Center and is excited to involve employers all over Northern Colorado in similar programs.

Dr. Deborah Shulman, Ph.D, Physiologist & Nutritionist
Dr. Shulman focuses on education and teaching nutrition, health and fitness in an entertaining and comprehensive way. Her goal is to create a cohesive fabric of nutrition and fitness information. She promotes a lifestyle of health and fitness, not deprivation, with daily eating and exercise patterns for high energy, good moods, restful sleep and top sports performance.
Dr. Michael Towbin, M.D.
Dr. Mike Towbin is a family physician who finished his residency in family medicine in Fort Collins in 1994. His passion is connecting with people through their health and helping them live themost satisfying lives possible. He accomplishes this through office consultation; conventional medication use, when needed; acupuncture treatment as appropriate; and referrals to and from medical and complementary practitioners; as well as the use of Functional Medicine, a relatively new “branch” of medicine that looks at each person as an individual, helping that person live as healthfully and naturally as possible.
Jen Strating, MA, BCIAC
Jen holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina. She received her biofeedback training from the Behavioral Medicine Research and Training Foundation and is certified as a Biofeedback Therapist by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. Jen has over 10 years of professional experience counseling individuals in a corporate and clinical setting. She is passionate about helping others create a life of health and peace. She currently practices biofeedback therapy at Healing Gardens in Fort Collins, Colorado.
