We only share aggregate, de-identified information with the employer. In addition, our data-management tool is HIPAA compliant and built on an NCQA-certified platform. How much time is this program going to take for my employees?Our programs can be done on or off the clock. For employees who work on-site, our lunch and learns are a perfect. Employers who have a lot of off-site employees may want have seminars before or after regular working hours. We also have a video option for employees who cannot make it to the worksite. How much administrative time will this require from HR?Our program is designed to require very little time from your administrative or human resource staff. We do require some administrative support such as putting up posters, or arranging for a conference or break room to be used for activities. We also require quarterly meetings with your wellness team so that we can inform you of how your program is working and get any additional feedback that will allow us to improve. How do I ensure participation?We provide incentive programs for your employees. We can also help you align your health plan so that it rewards employees for meeting or making progress towards measurable health goals.
What kind of programs will you create for me?We will create just about any kind of program. Our current program offerings include nutrition, exercise, financial wellness and stress management. We also educate your employees on how to be better health care consumers. We already have a basic wellness program. Can you help augment our existing program?Yes, we can implement our assessment and/or feedback protocol or add programs to what you are already offering. We also help you leverage offerings from your health care provider. Do I need to have an on-site fitness facility or showers?No, you do not need an on-site fitness facility or showers. How long will it take before I see changes?Depending on the initial state of your employees’ health, you may see changes in as little as three months. I want to apply for wellness program grants. Can you help me with this process?Yes, once the final grant guidelines are released by the Department of Health and Human Services, we will help organizations apply for and administer these grants. Can you help me write my WELCOA award application?Yes, one of our experienced staff members can help you write your WELCOA award application for a small fee. Do I have to sign a year long contract?No, we do not lock our clients into long-term contracts, although you can receive a substantial discount if you select a longer term contract. What if my employees don’t participate?Our feedback mechanisms help understand the barriers to participation in your organization. We will help you align the appropriate incentives or make changes to your organizational environment to encourage participation. Is it just a matter of exercise classes/programs?We can offer exercise programs and classes.
