Employee Wellness Evaluation

First, we confidentially evaluate the health of each employee, using a proprietary five-step process that includes:

  • Biometric Testing – a complete 32-panel blood chemistry plus blood pressure
  • Health Risk Assessment – an individual, on-line assessment that measures health risks detected in the blood panel, and readiness to change unhealthy behavior
  • Fitness Assessment – an on-site assessment of cardio-respiratory fitness, strength, flexibility, and body composition.
  • Needs & Interest Survey – an on-line survey determining what employees desire in terms of health goals and what activities they will participate in.
  • Culture Audit – an on-line survey that helps us understand the cultural strengths and barriers to wellness in your organization.

Added together, these assessments create a big-picture look at the health of your employee population, so that we can understand your combined strengths–and also those very real barriers to wellness–and design programs accordingly.

Personal Wellness Reports – employees will receive a confidential copy of their Personal Wellness Report, gleaned from the on-line and on-site assessments described above, which displays their overall wellness score and risk summary. To protect employee privacy and encourage participation in the program, employers will see these results in aggregate (anonymous) form only.

Corporate Health Overview

Imagine being able to get a handle on the overall health of your entire employee population. You can, with a report that not only identifies the combined health risks you face now, but the impact it will have on insurance claims, future absenteeism and more. We provide both the raw, aggregate data culled from the five-step employee evaluations, and also an executive summary that interprets the raw data in terms you can act upon.

12-Month Operating Plan

This is where our expertise really comes into play.

We pull it all together for you. Remember all that information we gathered about your employees? We immerse ourselves in those numbers. We talk to you about your budgets and goals. And we put together a comprehensive 12-month plan that gives you timelines, communication strategies and the specific programs we think will work for your employee population. We’ll even help you create buy-in with management or negotiate lower health insurance rates.

We stay connected with you. Few other employee wellness programs keep tabs on programs like we do. Our service actually issues quarterly “dashboards” that measure employees’ progress toward their wellness goals. What’s more, our unique feedback mechanisms allow us make in-flight course corrections that keep employees focused on their health, which in turn impacts short-term and long-term financial savings.

We have fun. Our employee wellness programs are easy to implement and include everything from exercise and nutrition to stress management and smoking cessation.
