It focuses on identifying key opportunities for intervention and behavior change among employees to create a long-lasting impact on health and work performance.
Corporate Based Program
This employee wellness program is designed for organizations with 50 or more employees that are in an experience-rated, self-funded, or partially self-funded insurance plan. We evaluate the current health of each employee using our proprietary five-step process, and then put together a customized 12-month wellness program to accommodate individual needs. The plan includes time lines, communication strategies and specific, tactical programs to help you create a long-term culture change that will lower your health costs in the years to come.
